We have learned a Finnish Christmas song- or at least two verses of it! We hope we have pronounced the words correctly, and that you can understand us!

We all enjoyed a very tasty Christmas lunch yesterday of turkey, potatoes, sausage, carrots and peas. Here, you can see Golden Eagle and Tatties, eating their lunches hungrily!

Sylvia and her kitchen staff were very busy. However, they still managed to smile!
As the children finished their lunches, the staff sat down to enjoy the turkey. We all agreed that, once again, the cooks had produced a very tasty lunch. Well done to the kitchen staff!
After lunch, the staff enjoyed a few minutes in the staff room, where they exchanged "Secret Santa" gifts that they had bought for each other. This is the present that someone bought for Mr Purves. Perhaps it's an improvement...
