Joulupuu on Rakennettu


We have learned a Finnish Christmas song- or at least two verses of it! We hope we have pronounced the words correctly, and that you can understand us!











Joulupuu on rakennettu,
joulu on jo ovella.
Namusia ripustettu
ompi kuusen oksilla.

Kuusen piennet kynttiläiset
valaisevat kauniisti.
Ympärillä lapsukaiset
laulelevat sulosti.

Our Finnish presents!

As the children finished their lunches, the staff sat down to enjoy the turkey. We all agreed that, once again, the cooks had produced a very tasty lunch. Well done to the kitchen staff!
